Summary: Excellent Product for the price...
Comment: Although I own Photoshop 7.0 for the Mac, I use it so rarely that it takes too much time for me to re-learn the functions. Photoshop Elements brings a host of the most used features from the full version, into a streamlined easy to use application. It works very well on my Mac and does everything I need a photo editing application to do....without clutter and confusion.

Comment: Be careful, I pre-ordered Elements 6 for Mac and Amazon sent me version 4. The confirmation email did say 4 after I looked, but until then I had ver 6 in my cart and I didn't notice the change on the confirm page. I sent it back and Amazon picked up the postage.

Summary: won't install in my Mac
Comment: I could not install the program on my Mac, even though the program was the Macintosh version. I spent hours on the phone with Adobe customer service. The problem was "missing a key file" and we could not resolve the problem. Now I am trying to get Adobe to refund my money, and am having trouble with a "proof of purchase."
Anyway, I am sure it is a good program but I will not be using it.

Summary: Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0
Comment: This book was represented as a Mac tutorial. Nowhere in this manual does it mention a Mac, nor is it represented as a Mac tutorial. I was very disappointed with this. So if you are looking for a Mac manual, this IS NOT it!
Also, as a tutorial for the PC version, it is out-dated as Photoshop Elements as already proceeded to version 6.

Comment: I store my photos in iPhoto but do most of the editing in Photo Elements. I find that almost all my edits can be done using the Quick Fix options but the additional tools sure come in handy. Have saved many a questionable photo with this product. Can't wait for Photo Elements 6.
