Summary: Nearly two years old and still doing a great job
Comment: The wife and I took this along to Germany on vacation in Sep 2006, and for a back-up to our 30D it was great. Quick into action and very non-intrusive, it goes with me just about everywhere. I often keep it in my laptop accessory bag.
If used for what it was intended (point and shoot) it is a great camera. Sharp focus, good colors, and nicely adjustable ISO and flash settings. Battery life is excellent. I go for months between charging. Higher flash usage would probably cut this back though.
The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars was the wimpy flash. You can get one of those $20 slave flashes to fill in or bounce if you like. Vary happy with it and glad we got it. Hope it lasts for a while.

Comment: This camera is excellent. It is easy to use, easy to carry, and well made. Stick it in your pocket and never miss a shot. Get a big memory card to make it even more enjoyable.

Comment: I love this camera!!! This was recommended to me by my neighbor who is a professional photographer. It takes great pics and short movies and has wonderful features including, but not limited to, a pet and kids mode. This means that it snaps the picture right away and it is not blurred. If you want a great camera at a great price this is it!
