Comment: I received this as a Christmas gift. Didn't get around to setting it up until April. Product doesn't work, is stuck on "System Start" screen. Called Tech support, and fellow said it probably means the memory is corrupted. Can't be fixed. They won't replace it, because its serial number indicates it was manufactured in April 08, so is more than a year old (even though purchased in December). I asked, "so you're telling me I should just throw it out?" He said he could not tell me to do that, of course, but it is completely useless, brand new, and Pandigital is unwilling to do anything to fix or replace it. Very disappointed.

Comment: I purchased a pandigital 8" photo frame for my husband for Christmas. It lasted about three weeks before the screen went blank and it no longer worked. The manufacturer did not stand by the warranty which is only 90 days to begin with. Even though it broke within 30 days of use and 45 days of purchase they would not replace the frame. We wrote to the president of the company and did get a phone call but still no assistance. They promised to "think about" replacing it after I said I would share this bad report but they never took action. Do not waste your money on a frame that has no company behind it! Big money down the drain!

Comment: Customer service on this product is terrible. If you buy one of these, be sure you test is ASAP, because they can and do have faulty products. If you are a minute past 90days you are SOL, and you might have just taken the money for the frame and flushed it down the toilet with way less frustration. The USB port on the one I purchased doesn't work, and they won't even exchange it for me. I've never used the thing! BUYER BEWARE!

Comment: Pandigital 5.6-Inch LCD Digital Picture Frame
I recieved this frame for Christmas.It abruptly stopped working. There is a website but obviously no one ever checks the e-mail.I have sent them 3 e-mails without a response.I called the 1-800 customer service line and was put on hold for more than 20 minutes (my limit) and hung up. DO NOT buy this product ,there is alot better frames out there with good service if needed.

Summary: Only lasted 3 1/2 months! Things just don't last forever any more!?!?
Comment: I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless you are willing to purchase another when this one dies after a short time.

It started when I could no longer set the time, every time I would try and set it the clock and it would skip an hour ahead just after setting it. Fine, I lived with that, it could no longer find a photo I had stored in the frame (said invalid format), so I went to re-install the photo and that was it, the frame faded to black and nothing more!

After calling customer service they were willing to ship me a power adaptor for free but thats it, seems I no longer have the receipt and the 90 day warranty is up so I am out of luck.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!
